Located in the blocks where Chinatown and the Lower East Side meld together, this is a space dedicated to the curation of images that appeals to the art school type. Which comes as no surprise given it was launched by a trio of MFA graduates. Managed by 3SS Studio, it is a dense, high-frequency cramming of ideas—a “multi-species” concept store where niche print media, second hand fashion, and fresh brewed caffeine collide in a space that feels like a shared secret among the city’s alternative creative guard.

While the footprint is modest, the visual texture is rich. Along one wall is a tactile library of visual culture: limited-run zines, indie publications, and rare art books that offer inspiration for those tired of the low-hanging fruit of creative books. It’s the kind of place that invites a slow perusal, a sensory-rich environment where you can immerse in the curation of global design outside of an algorithm.
