the antique warehouse

a wonderland for design lovers

Hudson has long been a playground for New York City expats looking to score some vintage designs, and The Antique Warehouse is a heavy hitter on the scene. Spanning 40,000 square feet, it’s big enough to have a gravitational force. The expansive warehouse is filled with high end salvage, mid-century treasures and design curiosities that almost feels like walking through the storage unit for a movie studio.

Walking in is overwhelming in the best way. A visual feast where there’s something to be found in every nook and cranny, and the winding paths around furniture feels never ending. Within one corner you might find a 19th century apothecary cabinet, a perfectly patina’d bar, and a taxidermy peacock. The delight of discovery lasts as long as you have the stamina, and even if you’re “window” shopping, there’s inspiration at every turn.
