In a city known for its coffee scene, Fulcrum Coffee Roasters is, in many ways, just another good local coffee roaster. But even though it could stand out more in cities with less competition, Fulcrum has more than earned its place in Seattle coffee guides in 25 years. Part wholesaler, part retailer, and with two sister brands Silver Cup and Urban City Coffee, they also operate a popular cafe in Belltown.

Fulcrum is first and foremost a roaster. They sell over a dozen single origin beans hailing from regions around the world, and have a line of canned cold brew. At the bustling cafe, they have a well stocked pastry case, breakfast sandwiches on buttermilk biscuits, and a selection of Argentinian empanadas. Their fun signature drinks might distract from the fact that their coffee is more than good enough to stand up on its own. In the end, Fulcrum covers it all: great coffee beans, a breadth of coffee drinks, and good bites.
